Oreo (aka "Rio")

Meet Oreo, a loving, smart, cuddly, brave, and social nine-year-old! He's the sweetest, silliest boy, full of love and personality. He's low to moderate energy and people-oriented, and he's happiest lounging on the couch with his people while they watch TV or hang out with friends and family.

Oreo is friendly with new people and greets visitors with lots of love. He adores his foster family's senior dog and is very respectful of her, and he's friendly and polite with other dogs on the street. He'd do well as an only dog or with a canine sibling. He's potty trained and crate trained, knows sit, down, and stay, and is food motivated, so he learns quickly with treats and patience.

The outdoors is his favorite thing! He goes on three to four walks a day, and he's an absolute dream on the leash with no pulling. He's getting used to the hustle and bustle of city life and growing more comfortable every day. He loves cuddles, treats, and his favorite stuffed octopus, and he does adorable little spins when he's happy.

Oreo would do best in a calm to moderate home with a patient adopter who wants a couch buddy and a walking partner. He's a great fit for apartment living.

Pomeranians require regular grooming to maintain their luxurious double coat, which can come in various colors.
