Meet Reba, a so-so-so-sweet, curious, loving, and brave nine-year-old who weighs fifteen pounds! She's low to moderate energy and is coming out of her shell a little more every day. In just a few days, she's gone from a shy newcomer to a dog who sleeps on the pillow next to her person and wakes them up asking for pets. She loves belly rubs and leaning her head against you, and once she decides you're a safe person, she LOVES you.

Reba is gentle with the dogs she meets on walks, and she's been very quiet. Her foster hasn't heard her bark once! She's potty trained, and her leash skills are SO good. She stays by her person's side, checks in before going ahead, and rarely pulls. She's also making great progress on "sit."

Her days are simple and sweet: morning snuggles, a few short walks and one longer one, lots of sniffing around the neighborhood, and a good nap. She loves eating, belly rubs, and sleeping.

Reba would do best with a patient, loving, calm adopter who enjoys cuddles and can help her explore the big city at her own pace. She's a great fit for apartment living, and another dog might help her come out of her shell too. She has some adorable quirks, too. Her ears flap like little angel wings (and sometimes flip inside out!), and she buries her nose in her long front paws.
