Derecho (Spayed) (Photos June 2026) - Tabby and Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Marietta, Ohio

Derecho is a beautiful 2-year old female kitty who was surrendered by her owner on June 3rd 2026 because the family had too many cats to take care of.

Derecho has an orange tabby shorthaired coat with a small patch of white on her chest, a long ringed tail, and a pretty face with golden eyes, a pink nose, and extra-long white whiskers.

This little lady has a sweet, gentle disposition and a friendly, easygoing personality.

Derecho was given vaccinations, flea treatment, and Pyrantel dewormer on June 11, 2026. She weighed 7.5 lbs when she entered our shelter on June 3rd.

Derecho has already been spayed. She is ready to find her dream home and could leave our shelter immediately with an approved HSOV adoption application.
