Whitaker (Photos May-June 2026) - Tabby and Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Marietta, Ohio

Whitaker is an adorable male kitten who was brought to the HSOV on May 6, 2026 along with his brothers (Abbot, Langdon, and Robby). This little band of brothers were found in the Whipple Ohio area with no mother in sight. They were estimated to have been 7-8 weeks old at that time.

Whitaker has a brown tabby shorthaired coat with a patch of longer white on his chest, a long ringed tail, and the cutest kitten face with golden eyes, a brown velvet nose, a dusting of white on his muzzle, and long white whiskers. Whitaker weighed 1.3 lbs on May 6th.

Whitaker was given vaccinations and Pyrantel dewormer on May 7, 2026. He was given booster vaccines on June 10, 2026.

This little sweetheart has a lovable, playful personality. Whitaker and his brother Langdon have shared a cage with each other since their arrival.

These photos of Whitaker were taken in May-June, 2026. Langdon has the most innocent facial expressions which tug at your heartstrings and quickly fall in love with this young man.

Their brother Abbott was adopted on June 12th, so brother Robby is now sharing a double-wide cage with Whitaker and Langdon.

All three of the boys are good with other cats and also with children.

Note: Whitaker and Langdon are tentatively scheduled to be neutered on July 6th 2026, and they will soon be ready to find a fabulous home.
