Nova Ann (Spayed) (Photos August 8th 2026) - Terrier Dog for Adoption in Marietta, Ohio

Nova Ann is a beautiful 3-year old female Terrier mix who was surrendered by her owner on August 7th 2026 after the family moved recently.

This little beauty has a charcoal gray/chocolate shorthaired coat with a large white bib on her chest, white socks on her paws, a long tail, and an adorable face with dark brown eyes, a charcoal/milk chocolate nose, a slender muzzle, and short semi-erect ears.

These photos of Nova Ann were taken on the afternoon of August 8th 2026 when HSOV Kennel Tech Emily Beaver accompanied her for outdoor glamour pictures for her Petfinder/Facebook debuts. Nova Ann was a bit apprehensive since this seemed to be a new experience for her, but she did herself proud with a little encouragement and moral support from Emily.

Nova Ann hadn't stepped on the scales yet, but she is estimated to weigh 50 lbs or so.

Her family told us that Nova Ann did not do well with young (2- and 3-year old) children or their mother in the home and had shown irritability toward them. Nova had never bitten anyone, but shouldn't be in a home with small/young children .. And would benefit from an experienced adopter.

Nova Ann has already been spayed.
