Meet Bobby!

Bobby is a wonderful 7.5 pound chihuahua. Surrendered, along with his brother, when his family was deported, Bobby is looking for his forever home where he can be cherished and loved for the great dog he is.

Bobby is about 7 1/2 years old. With the average lifespan of a chihuahua being
12 to 20 years old, Bobby has lots of years left to provide his family with chihuahua love.

Bobby loves to be carried and give face kisses and licks to his people. He is the perfect little boss, and some think he has little man's syndrome. Bobby thinks he is bigger than he is and is incredibly adorable. He loves toys, particularly his yellow baby shark plushie. Bobby does well in the car and enjoys a shopping trip.
Bobby has a great personality and is a fun-loving comedian of a dog.

Bobby is neutered, crate-trained and potties outside on a schedule. Like many chihuahuas, Bobby has opinions, and, from time-to-time will communicate with his tiny-man little bark. Bobby gets along with small and medium sized dogs, but is a little intimidated by some of the larger 70+ pound dogs at the rescue ranch. He loves to play in the yard, and once introduced properly, he loves all breeds and sizes of play companions.

Bobby is microchipped, fully vaccinated and neutered. He will benefit from being adopted by a dog-loving person who understands he has so much to offer but will need a little time to adjust and settle in with his new family.

Currently this dog is being fostered at our Rescue Ranch near Houston, TX but can be brought close to your home on rescue transport which comes through your area once a month. Transport info below.

Adoption fee is $350 plus $30 for a health certificate and $260 for transport.

Understanding transport: Once everything is all approved, dogs are scheduled on transport using AJC Rescue & Transport (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100083418067425). Transport means dogs are carefully and thoughtfully moved via scheduled air conditioned/heated vans from our doggy ranch in Fulshear, TX to a location near you. Each transport consists of a team of two drivers who can alternate. This is how we communicate in real time. The driver who is not driving, will be updating the group chat. You will be included in this group chat to track your dog through transport. You will also be given exact location and scheduled time of arrival. Our drivers do everything possible to run on-time however, things such as traffic, weather etc. can affect arrival time. You will updated regarding delays or possible early arrival. Keep in mind, dogs on transport stop for bathroom, walk and food breaks. For safety, all dogs are crated during transport.

The Chihuahua is a small breed famous for its confidence, loyalty, and big personality, despite its tiny size. Originating from Mexico, these dogs are known for their large, expressive eyes and alert, curious nature.
