Miley — From Terrified to Terrific! A Blossoming Beauty Ready for Love
Meet Miley, a beautiful 2 1/2 year-old, 75lbs Lab/Cane Corso mix whose transformation has been nothing short of remarkable.
When Miley first arrived at our Rescue Ranch, she was heartbroken and afraid. She had been abandoned and left with larger dogs who bullied her, yet she still did everything she could to protect her puppies. Behind those soulful eyes was a gentle spirit waiting for safety, kindness, and time.
And wow... did she blossom.
Her Transformation
Over the past few months, our volunteers have poured love, patience, and reassurance into Miley — and she has rewarded us with trust, affection, and a personality that grows brighter every day. She has become a true staff favorite.
Once fearful of people, she now leans in for belly rubs
Once unsure of other dogs, she now has buddies she happily romps with
Once timid, she now shows her sweet, goofy, tender side
Miley’s journey has been beautiful to witness, and she is ready for her next chapter.

Miley is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and microchipped. She will benefit from being adopted by a dog-loving person who understands she has so much to offer but will need a little time to adjust and settle in with her new family.

Adoption fee is $350 plus $30 for a health certificate and $260 for transport.

Once your application is approved, we can arrange a FaceTime session for you to meet her.
Understanding transport: Once everything is all approved, dogs are scheduled on transport using AJC Rescue & Transport (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100083418067425). Transport means dogs are carefully and thoughtfully moved via scheduled air conditioned/heated vans from our doggy ranch in Fulshear, TX to a location near you. Each transport consists of a team of two drivers who can alternate. This is how we communicate in real time. The driver who is not driving, will be updating the group chat. You will be included in this group chat to track your dog through transport. You will also be given exact location and scheduled time of arrival. Our drivers do everything possible to run on time however, things such as traffic, weather etc. can affect arrival time. You will be updated regarding delays or possible early arrival. Keep in mind, dogs on transport stop for bathroom, walk and food breaks. For safety, all dogs are crated during transport.
