Meet Belinda, a gentle, affectionate, calm, and playful three-year-old terrier mix who weighs just eight pounds! She can be a little shy at first, but she warms up quickly and loves head scratches from new friends. Once she feels safe, she shows you that you're her safe space, and she wants to cuddle and stay close without being clingy.

Belinda is low to moderate energy and loves belly tickles, chin scratches, and wrestling with her toys. She's crate trained, knows sit, up, and stay, and is an angel at bath time. She's very quiet, doesn't bark at hallway or street noises, and sleeps soundly through the night, whether curled up next to you or in her own little bed.

City life is still new to her, so she's building confidence on the leash and going potty outside, and she uses pee pads in the meantime. A calm, patient adopter who offers praise and high-value treats will help her blossom. She grew up with a twin sister and does well with small dogs once she gets to know them.

Belinda would be a wonderful companion for someone who works from home, a first-time dog owner, or anyone who wants a cafe buddy and a couch snuggle partner. She's a great fit for apartment living.
