Toby - Goldendoodle Dog for Adoption

Toby

Meet Toby, a cuddly, energetic, and sweet five-year-old Goldendoodle who weighs fifty-five pounds! He's incredibly affectionate and loves cuddles, attention, and playtime. He's so cuddly that his foster says he'd live inside your skin if he could!

Toby is great with new people, both adults and kids. He's also great with other dogs, loves the dog park, and takes direction from other dogs well. He's potty trained and crate trained, and he does great when left alone, waiting patiently at the door or on the couch without barking or chewing anything. He settled into his foster's apartment quickly and sleeps through the night.

Toby has high energy and needs plenty of exercise. He loves running off leash at the dog park and playing fetch, and he can even catch a ball or toy right out of the air! He knows sit and stay, and he does pull a bit on the leash when he spots birds or other dogs, so open paths with fewer distractions are easiest for walks.

Toby would thrive with an active adopter who spends a lot of time at home, since he loves company. A home with a fenced yard would be ideal, and a family with kids and another dog to play with would be a wonderful match.

What his foster says about him:
"Toby is incredibly sweet. He is EXTREMELY cuddly and basically would live inside of your skin if he could. Any adopter would be lucky to bring him home."
