Meet Holly - The Gentle Little Snugglebug Who Just Wants to Be Loved
Holly is one of those puppies whose sweetness seems to come naturally.
She's gentle, calm, affectionate, and incredibly cuddly, with a mellow personality that makes her stand out even at such a young age.
Holly loves people, loves other dogs, loves kids-and she's perfectly happy being carried around when someone is willing to oblige.
She's still a baby, but her foster already describes her pretty simply:
"She's super sweet and has such a gentle personality."
Holly Loves:
-Cuddling
-Playing with other dogs
-Napping
-Being carried
-Getting attention
-Spending time with her people
-Quiet relaxation
-Gentle playtime
-Being included in family life
Holly's Favorite Thing:
Being close to people.
Holly is immediately friendly and genuinely enjoys attention from everyone she meets.
She's affectionate without being wild about it. Her personality is more sweet, gentle, and snuggly than nonstop puppy chaos.
Pick her up and carry her around?
Holly isn't going to complain.
Settle onto the couch for some cuddle time?
Even better.
A Mellow Little Puppy
Holly is still young, so she'll certainly have her playful puppy moments, but she's expected to remain relatively low energy as she matures.
She's calm and relaxed, but she's also curious and confident enough to experience the world around her.
Holly has been very comfortable in new environments and could enjoy joining her future family for a nice variety of activities-from adventures and social outings to quiet days at home.
She's the kind of puppy who could be happy going somewhere with you or simply being wherever you are.
Still a Baby
Holly's potty-training introduction has started, but she's not house trained yet.
She is already crate trained, giving her a great foundation for maintaining a consistent routine.
Formal obedience training and leash walking haven't started yet.
That's not a concern-Holly is simply still a baby.
Her future family will get to teach her all the basics while continuing to build on the lovely temperament she's already showing.
No significant behavioral concerns have been reported.
Dogs, Cats & Kids
Holly loves other dogs and enjoys canine companionship.
She also loves children.
Her experience with cats is limited, so we can't say for certain how she'll do. Based on her young age and temperament, her foster believes she would likely be fine with appropriate introductions and supervision.
