Meet Knox - The Smart Little Cuddlebug Who's Already Figuring Things Out

Knox is sweet, affectionate, curious, and very interested in being wherever his people are.

This playful little guy is a true Velcro puppy who loves attention, cuddles, toys, and playing with other dogs. He's still just a baby, but his foster is already impressed with what a great learner he is.

And when it comes to potty training? Knox has apparently decided to get a head start.

Knox Loves:

-Playing with other dogs
-Playing with toys
-Chewing on bones
-Cuddling
-Being close to his people
-Getting attention
-Exploring and learning new things

Knox's Favorite Thing:

Being with his people.

Knox is an affectionate little shadow who loves attention and wants to be included. He's immediately friendly when meeting people and has that wonderful puppy combination of curiosity, enthusiasm, and sweetness.

His foster's description says it best:

"Such a sweetie!"

One Smart Little Puppy

Knox hasn't started formal obedience training yet, but his foster is already seeing signs that he's going to be a great student.

He's attentive, curious, and described as a great learner.

Even more impressive, Knox has been doing exceptionally well with the beginning stages of potty training. His foster says:

"He has been the best with potty training already!"

He's still very young, so consistency will be important and occasional accidents should always be expected during the puppy stage. But Knox is certainly starting off on the right paw.

Playful, Goofy & Affectionate

Knox loves other dogs and enjoys having canine friends to play with. When playtime is over, he's more than happy to settle in for some cuddles with his people.

He's expected to have medium energy as he grows, making him a promising companion for a family that enjoys being active but also appreciates downtime at home.

Three Words That Describe Knox Best:

Cuddly
Goofy
Smart

Foster Location:

Wabasha, MN

Meet & Greet Availability:
Knox's foster is happy to meet approved adopters within approximately 30 minutes of Wabasha, MN.

Knox was pulled from a shelter in El Paso, Texas, after being taken in as a stray. We don't know what his life looked like before he arrived at the shelter, but he's now getting the chance to simply be a puppy-learning, playing, cuddling, and discovering what life with a family is all about.

What we do know is the puppy in front of us today: a sweet little guy who loves dogs, loves people, learns quickly, and has already impressed his foster with how well he's doing with potty training.

He's still at the very beginning of his journey, and his forever family will get to help shape the dog he becomes.

If you're looking for a cuddly little shadow with a goofy personality, a curious mind, and an impressive start on learning the ropes, Knox may be your guy.
