Meet Scooter!
Scooter has entered the building, and frankly, we're not sure anyone is prepared for him.
This ridiculously handsome 3.9-month-old brown tabby looks like he should be sitting in a Scandinavian design showroom contemplating the meaning of life. Instead, he is apparently a tiny furry criminal whose hobbies include sneaking around, appearing out of nowhere, stealing hearts and eating absolutely anything that looks remotely snackable.

His foster mom has informed us that Scooter is very loving and absolutely LOVES being petted. Being held, however, is where he draws the line. He has places to be. Things to investigate. Snacks to locate. He cannot be expected to sit around being carried like some kind of decorative throw pillow.

He is also mischievous and sneaky. His foster mom admits he has scared her more than once by suddenly materializing from nowhere.

She wasn't kidding. Look at those eyes.
That is the face of a cat who knows exactly where you left the treats.

Scooter is curious, playful and completely obsessed with toys. Any toy will do. He'll play with it. Any treat will do. He'll eat it. Any food will do. He has apparently chosen to live by the motto:

"If it fits in my mouth, it belongs to me."

And here's the really good part: he's tolerant of dogs and his foster mom thinks he would do just fine in a home with canine roommates.

So if you're looking for a kitten who is affectionate without being clingy, playful without being boring, curious without being completely destructive (we make no promises) and handsome enough to stop you in your tracks...

He is neutered, up to date on his vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed and ready to go.
