I'm a little about one year old **Yorkshire Terrier** about 12 lbs with a big heart and an even bigger love for life.

I'm neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and house-trained. I made the long journey from a Southern California shelter to my foster home in **Ridgefield, Washington**, hoping my forever family is still out there waiting for me. If you're in **Vancouver, BC**, don't worry I can travel there too for the right family.

Here is my story:
No one really knows how my story began.

I was found alone in a crowded shelter in Southern California. Whatever happened before that is a mystery. Maybe I belonged to someone once. Maybe I was lost. Maybe I was forgotten.

I can't tell you where I came from...

But I can tell you where I hope I'm going.

To a forever home.

A place where I'll never have to wonder if someone is coming back for me again.

The day my rescue found me, everything changed. Instead of spending another day in the shelter, I traveled all the way to my foster home in **Ridgefield, Washington**, where I was welcomed with kindness and love.

When I arrived, my beautiful Yorkie coat was so badly matted that I could barely look like myself. My foster family knew I must have been uncomfortable, so the very first thing they did was take me to a groomer.

What happened there made everyone smile.

The groomers couldn't believe what a sweet, gentle little boy I was. They told my foster family how wonderfully I behaved through the entire grooming appointment. Even though everything was new and probably a little scary, I trusted them. By the time they were finished, I felt like a brand-new dog—clean, fresh, comfortable, and ready to start my new life.

Since then, I've been making friends everywhere I go.

I LOVE being loved!

Kisses are my favorite thing in the whole world. If you let me, I'll happily cover your face with little Yorkie kisses just to remind you how much I adore you. I love to play, chase toys, explore the yard, and make everyone around me smile. Life is exciting, and I want to enjoy every minute of it with my people.

When the day is over, I'm happy to curl up in my crate for a peaceful night's sleep, dreaming about all the adventures we'll have tomorrow.

I'm all ready for the next chapter of my life.
