Introducing Sasha!
Have you been searching for an adventure buddy? Look no further! Sasha is your girl. She's sweet, affectionate and loves being active and playing! She'd love to go for hikes, running or just any adventure you're willing to take her on. She walks good on leash but can get a little pully when she gets excited about something. She loves to be close to her person and loves to give everyone gentle hugs.
She has an estimated birth date of 01/17/24 and currently weighs 53lbs. She's not met any dogs here at the shelter yet but we will update with that information as soon as we can! We're also unsure of how she'd do with cats but might be okay with a slow introduction. She'd do well with kids!
Sasha is gorgeous, sweet, and ready to bring joy and laughter to your life!
**In Order to adopt an unspayed/unneutered dog from HSMC, You must live within an hour of the shelter. You will initially "Foster to Adopt" the dog and then the adoption will be finalized when they are brought back for their spay/neuter surgery. You will need to bring the dog back for vaccines and exams prior to their spay/neuter surgery**

Our adoption fees vary, Shelter Dogs are $180, Prison Dogs are $250, Puppies are $300, and Popular Pure-Breeds are $400. The price includes: a Home Again Microchip, set of shots, de-worming, heartworm testing (if old enough), spay or neuter, and a 1 year rabies shot (if old enough). All dogs adopted must leave with a $21 county license.
