Zero - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Warren, Ohio

#ZERO WOULD LIKE HIS SHELTER STAY TO MATCH HIS NAME... ZERO DAYS.

Hi everybody. I’m Zero, I’m about 18 months old, and I weigh about 30 lbs, and I have absolutely NO idea how I ended up at The Healthy Hearts and Paws Project.
Everything here is new.
New people.
New smells.
New noises.
Approximately 847 barking neighbors.
I’m trying to take it all in while looking at everyone like, “Ummm... excuse me, is somebody coming to pick me up?”
So far, I don’t seem to mind other dogs, but these people are still getting to know me. Proper introductions would be needed with any potential furry roommates.
But can we discuss my FACE for a minute?!
YES. I have ONE bright blue eye. Apparently Mother Nature got halfway through my eyeballs and said, “Perfect. Don’t touch it. He needs a conversation starter.” One eye is giving beautiful baby blue, the other is giving handsome mysterious gentleman, and this giant smile is giving “I have absolutely no idea what’s happening, but HI EVERYBODY!”
With so many dogs coming into the shelter right now, I’m also available to FOSTER. Shelter life can be stressful and confusing, especially for a young dog who suddenly finds himself somewhere completely unfamiliar. We’d really love to keep my stay here SHORT.
You could wait for these people to learn everything about me... OR you could put in an application and come get to know me yourself. Maybe foster me. Maybe fall ridiculously in love with my blue eye. Maybe accidentally become my forever family. These things happen.
I’m young. I’m adorable. I’m still showing everyone who I am. And I’d really like the number of days I spend waiting here to be as close to my name as possible...
