Rascal (aka "Wiggly")
Meet Rascal, a cuddly, snuggly eleven-year-old Pug, Chihuahua, and Beagle mix who weighs twenty-five pounds! His foster calls him Wiggly because he loves to wag his little butt, and when he gets excited, his butt wiggles could go viral. With his impeccable teeth, he seems even younger than his age.
Rascal loves people and gets excited to meet new friends on walks. He likes the dogs he's met too, though he mostly prefers to stay close to his person. He's 100% potty trained and walks nicely just a step behind you. He took his first NYC subway ride straight off transport and handled every transfer like a champ!
He's low to medium energy and happiest curled up on the sofa next to you, or watching you from the couch or kitchen like you're his favorite TV show. He loves deep eye contact, belly rubs, and food, and if a toy has anything to do with food, he's in! He'll also be so excited to snuggle up in bed with you at night.
Rascal is a true sweetheart who would do well in most homes, as long as he gets lots of love and companionship. He'd be happy as an only dog or with a canine buddy, and he's a wonderful fit for apartment living.
