-History of Litter Box Issues: Yes, Rome was surrendered due to eliminating outside the litter box with a new baby in the home. At the shelter, he has been using the litter box consistently.

Rome is shy at first. He quickly warms up and loves attention. Rome may take longer to adjust in his new home and will need a slow introduction to the house. Rome came to the shelter with Ray. He will need slow supervised introductions to cats already in the home and may be okay with slow supervised introductions with cat savvy dogs. Up to counselors discretion. Kids of any age that are respectful of Rome's boundaries may be okay. Up to counselors discretion. Rome was surrendered due to eliminating outside of the litter box with a new baby in the home. At the shelter, he has been using his litterbox. Infrequent use of using the litter box is likely due to the stress of the new baby. Rome will need a home that is able to provide him consistent routine. Rome is ready for his purr-ever home!
