TRUFFLE - Calico and Ragdoll Cat for Adoption

Meet TRUFFLE!

Truffle is 3-4 years old and we think she’s a calico/ragdoll mix. This is purely based on looks and personality.

Her rescuer and now foster describes her as very well behaved kitty. She said she doesn’t climb too much on furniture and is quite calm.

Truffle just loves attention. She really enjoys human company and being petted. She will give a little meow (and it’s a very cute meow - see videos!) when she wants attention and love and will follow you around. If you want a loving cat, she’s your girl!

When first meeting new people, she is reserved but never aggressive or bites. Once she gets comfortable around you (which doesn’t take long!), she has no shame in asking for attention!

She loves feather toys and sidling up against boxes and furniture to get a little itch scratched.

She is 100% litter box trained.

Truffle has been around other cats and these interactions have gone well! When she lived on the street prior, she was part of a colony of cats that the rescuer fed, and she was always nice with the other cats then as well.

Truffle is tolerant of handling and clearly has no issues getting dressed up ;) If we may say, she wears clothing pretty well.

All jokes aside, she’s a real sweetie who has proven to acclimate well to new environments and loves people.

HER STORY: Truffle (Trufa, in Spanish) was originally a TNR cat. The person doing the TNR didn’t have space for her at the time but wanted to ensure she didn’t have babies. Her caretaker continued to feed and look after her. Recently, she was able to bring her inside as she had space and we are working together to find her a wonderful home!

PLEASE NOTE: Truffle is currently in Puerto Rico and will fly to her forever home once adopted. Adoption fees listed here ($375) cover all transport related costs to the States. There are NO other fees. :)
