Myles 8 - Yellow Labrador Retriever Dog for Adoption in Killingworth, Connecticut

HOW TO ADOPT: The fastest way to start is to submit an adoption application directly (labs4rescue.com/adopt). Please use our official website rather than the Petfinder "Start your Inquiry" button.

Myles #8 is a beautiful young yellow Lab who will celebrate his first birthday in November and currently weighs 52 pounds. He is a sibling to Ronan and Huxley, and this handsome boy is ready to find out just how wonderful life as a beloved family dog can be.

At not quite a year old, Myles is still a youngster with so much ahead of him. We are just getting to know him, so we don’t yet know all the little things that will eventually make up his story. But one look at that sweet face tells you there is a very special young dog waiting to blossom.

Myles will need what every young Lab needs — patience, consistency, exercise, continued training, and plenty of love. He is at such a wonderful age to learn, explore, and develop that special bond with his new family.

We don’t know yet if Myles will be a champion swimmer, a tennis-ball fanatic, a couch snuggler, or perhaps all three! Those are the fun things his forever family will get to discover along the way.

What we do know is that Myles is 52 pounds of potential, with his whole life still ahead of him.

His first birthday is coming in November. We’re hoping that by then, Myles will have something pretty special to celebrate — a family of his very own.
