Damon - Yellow Labrador Retriever Dog for Adoption in Killingworth, Connecticut

HOW TO ADOPT: The fastest way to start is to submit an adoption application directly (labs4rescue.com/adopt). Please use our official website rather than the Petfinder "Start your Inquiry" button.

Damon is a handsome 1-year-old yellow male Lab weighing 57 pounds who is ready to find a family of his very own!
Damon is Trevi’s brother, and just like his sibling, he is a sweet, friendly young boy who enjoys playing and gets along well with other dogs. At only a year old, Damon is still very much a youngster with plenty of energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm for life.

We are just getting to know Damon, so there are still lots of things we have yet to discover about him. What we do know is that underneath that handsome face is a sweet young Lab who has his whole life ahead of him. Damon would love a family that will give him the exercise, attention, training, and consistency a young Lab needs. At this age, he is still learning, and his new family will have the opportunity to help him become the wonderful companion he is meant to be.

And at 57 pounds, Damon is a great size — big enough for all those wonderful Lab hugs without being an enormous boy!

There are still plenty of unanswered questions about Damon, but sometimes you don’t need to know every detail to know that a dog deserves a chance.

Damon is only one year old, and the best part of his life is still waiting for him. Could it be with you?
