Meet Snow #5, an incredibly handsome, 9-years-young, 75-pound purebred yellow male Labrador Retriever.

Snow spent his entire life with the same family, but when the kids went off to college, Snow was surrendered to the town animal shelter. Certainly not what this beautiful, happy boy deserved. Through no fault of his own, he is now looking for a loving home where he can spend his golden years. He is a sweet, affectionate, easygoing senior Lab who simply loves being around people. He gets along well with other dogs and is currently enjoying the company of his 5-year-old canine foster sibling. Snow might be 9, but don’t let that number fool you! He absolutely loves going for walks and happily jumps in the car, ready to participate in whatever adventure the day may bring. But perhaps his favorite thing of all is simply being close to his humans and being loved. Snow enjoys having fun, but he’s equally happy spending a quiet, cozy afternoon relaxing by your side.

Snow would be a wonderful companion for a person or family who will continue to keep him active, engaged, and included in their lives. He is completely house trained, easy to have around, and does not need to be crated when left alone.
This handsome gentleman has already given nine years of love to a family. Now it’s his turn to find someone who will love him for the rest of his life. If you’re looking for a gentle, happy, affectionate Lab who still has plenty of adventures ahead of him, Snow just might be your boy.
