Darling little sweetheart!
-This precious puppy was waiting so calmly in her kennel, and she was easy to leash and walked beautifully. Once out in the hallway, she gently wanted to say hello to everyone she passed, happily hopping up for attention and a little love.
-Outside, she came right over and climbed into my lap as if that's exactly where she belonged. She gives the sweetest, gentle kisses and will bury her little head in your arms and completely melt while you pet her. Belly rubs are definitely a favorite!
-She's a skinny little girl with a healthy appreciation for food. She has wonderful manners and impressive patience when waiting for snacks. She sits and takes treats very gently.
-She isn't showing much interest in toys right now, but she has clearly decided that people, cuddles, and belly rubs are much more important! ❤️
-She's an absolute darling who just wants to be loved. This little sweetheart is going to make someone very happy! 💕
-Seems non reactive to dogs nearby and may do well living with a fur sibling after slow and proper intros

*Meet all of our adoptable pets on our website friendsofdacc.org/adopt
*Please keep in mind that the shelter can be a very stressful environment.
*Studies show that a minimum of 3 days decompression drastically lower stress hormones and allow the dog to show more personality after they have settled in.
*There is a suggested donation of $100 for our dogs, payable by cash, check or through paypal at the time of the adoption.
*To meet them please go to front door and a DACC staff member will assist you with adoption or fostering.
**And when coming to meet one of our dogs, please bring all the humans with you, but leave any current dogs at home. Staff will go over how to slowly and properly introduce them after a decompression period.**
*The shelter is open 7 days a week from 10:30-5:30, except for Wednesday when we open at 11:30
**We ask that if you're looking to adopt, you arrive before 5:00 to be able to have enough time to meet the dog.
