Gibson is so excited to find his new family, he wants to share some background information with you:

Hi everybody. My name is Gibson and I've been told that I am a beautiful angel dog with exceptional manners and lovely behavior. I admit, I am quite a looker and some of my dog friends are jealous of my Brad Pitt exterior and my luscious flowing locks.

In spite of this, I remain humble. I play and run with all my friends, regardless of their exterior, because I believe it is what is on the inside that counts. Having said that, I am an incredibly handsome Lab/Great Pyrenees mix. I am about 15 months old and exude puppy joy and gentle sweetness.

I wake up every day knowing that the world is my oyster (although I've never really understood what that means...and nobody has been able to explain it to my satisfaction). I live life to the fullest, am excited to play and play and play. I do wiggle a bit...I'm just happy to get attention.

I weigh about 55lbs right now, but don't plan to max out over 60 pounds. In my business, it is important to stay slim and keep my chiseled profile.

I adore people and get along wonderfully with other dogs. I love chasing balls and frisbees through the yard. I behave really well on a leash and am sweet and gentle on a walk.

It seems rather personal to share, but I am housebroken and wait patiently to go outside to go to the bathroom.

I didn't love it, but I let them neuter me. I'm also vaccinated and heartworm negative.

To sum up my situation...I am the perfect dog for you to add to your family and I AM READY TO GO. Remember the name...Gibson. I'm your man!

GETTING GIBSON HOME:

Gibson is neutered, microchipped & vaccinated and would benefit from being adopted by a dog-loving person who understands he has so much to offer but will need a little time to adjust and settle in with his new family.

Currently this dog is being fostered at our Rescue Ranch near Houston, TX but can be brought close to your home on rescue transport which comes through your area once a month. Transport info below.

Adoption fee is $425 plus $30 for a health certificate and $260 for transport.

Understanding transport: Once everything is all approved, dogs are scheduled on transport using AJC Rescue & Transport (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100083418067425). Transport means dogs are carefully and thoughtfully moved via scheduled air conditioned/heated vans from our doggy ranch in Fulshear, TX to a location near you. Each transport consists of a team of two drivers who can alternate. This is how we communicate in real time. The driver who is not driving, will be updating the group chat. You will be included in this group chat to track your dog through transport. You will also be given exact location and scheduled time of arrival. Our drivers do everything possible to run on time however, things such as traffic, weather etc. can affect arrival time. You will be updated regarding delays or possible early arrival. Keep in mind, dogs on transport stop for bathroom, walk and food breaks. For safety, all dogs are crated during transport.
