Meet Kenzo — The Handsome Shepherd Lookalike With a Big Puppy Heart
Kenzo is a shiny black pup with striking tan markings and an expressive little face that makes him stand out instantly. Part of our “K” litter of nine puppies, Kenzo was dumped alongside his mum, Nova, and thankfully rescued by SPCA PV sanctuary in Puerto Vallarta.
His mum Nova is about 45 lbs, a mixed breed who looks shepherd heeler. Kenzo carries the most traditional shepherd style boy in a smaller, puppy package.

Curious, Playful, and Ready to Learn

Social & Cat Friendly
In between puppy playtime, and some time with some other mentor dogs, Kenzo and his siblings practise visiting with cats — and he does wonderfully. We think he would enjoy a yard to explore and adjust at his own pace, and maybe even another friendly dog to show him the ropes

Location & Travel
Kenzo is currently in shelter in Puerto Vallarta, with flight options opening for BC and Alberta. He’s ready for: Foster, Foster to Adopt, or adoption, but he’s really dreaming of a happy ever forever home.
