Meet Kaira — The Striking Girl With a Soft Heart
Kaira is a beautiful young pup with unique markings and an expressive face that makes her unforgettable. Likely to grow to around 45 lbs, she’s part of our “K” litter of nine puppies who were dumped alongside their devoted mum, Nova. Thankfully, SPCA PV sanctuary in Puerto Vallarta took the whole family in and gave them safety, care, and a chance at a real future.
Kaira’s mum is a 45 lb mixed breed who looks like a shepherd heeler blend, and Kaira herself may have a touch of husky in her — her gorgeous coat and bright eyes certainly hint at it.

A Puppy With Promise
Shelter life means Kaira hasn’t seen much of the world yet, but volunteers work hard to get her out for walks, pool time, and new experiences. She’s playful, curious, and gentle — the kind of pup who will thrive with patient humans and a home that lets her grow at her own pace.She would likely enjoy A yard to explore and sunbathe, and even another friendly dog to show her the ropes. Kaira and her siblings practise visiting cats too!

Kaira is friendly with other dogs, respectful with cats, and eager to learn. She’s the kind of puppy who blossoms with guidance — a perfect match for adopters who want to help a young dog discover the world safely and positively.

Location & Travel
Kaira is currently in shelter in Puerto Vallarta, with flight options opening for BC and Alberta. She’s ready for: Foster, Foster to Adopt or adoption, but happy ever after is at the top of her wish list.
