Polly - Black Labrador Retriever and Border Collie Dog for Adoption in Springfield, Missouri

There's just something in the eyes of an 'experienced' lab mix dog. IYKYK

I'm Polly, a 7.5-year-old, 50-pound bundle of black labrador/border collie 'incredibleness'. I'm a sweet girl who is, of course, perfectly house and kennel trained. I walk well on my leash - unless I see a squirrel - then I'll pull until I realize it's out-of-reach.

It's not just all about beauty, I'm smart, too! I know sit, lay, come, stay and shake. I love to go in the car, or on a golf cart ride. Oh, and pup cups. I love me a pup cup! For now, as I acclimate into a new beginning, I think being an only dog would be best. My world has been turned upside down, and I'm really enjoying some one-on-one human time, hoarding toys and carrying a stuffed 'baby' around the house.

My ideal forever home will be with people who are home quite a bit, have time to walk me/play with me, take me on car rides and love me unconditionally. A fenced yard would be great.
