Hi, I'm Silas, a 7-month-old, 35-pound, Black Mouth Cur mix boy who is both playful and chill and loves nothing more than pleasing my people.

I'm not sure how my brother and I ended up on our own, but boy am I thankful to be in a foster home, safe, fed and loved. I'm truly an all-around great puppy who is already pretty good on my leash - I really enjoy walks. I'm making great strides in potty training and just a little treat will get me in my kennel for the night (yes, i still whine a minute - who can blame me, right)?

I enjoy playing with other dogs, running around the backyard, and then laying at your feet with a chew toy. I'll need a fenced yard in my forever home, as well as a friendly canine-sibling. Older, sturdy kids would probably be good as well. . . I'm still a puppy, so I might accidentally knock a tiny one over.
