Hello, I'm Steve, an affectionate, fit, 65-pound, American Staffordshire Terrier mix boy, on my journey to find my true forever. Honestly, until recently, I never worried about my forever. Due to circumstances beyond my control, so much has changed.

I'm fully house and kennel trained (although my kennel is not my favorite place). My favorite place is with you. I haven't had a lot of leash walks in my life, so at 9-years-old, I still pull a bit. I ride well in the car and really enjoy 'going in the car'. Perhaps I might be a big rig shotgun rider?

I currently live with dog-savvy cats, but after being recently attacked by another dog, I'm a bit leery of new dogs. Perhaps it could just be us. . . relaxing together, going on car rides, hanging out in the privacy-fenced yard? I know I'm worth all the love I once had. Maybe you have love to give? My adoption fee is $75 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
