Like the mythical Phoenix, I'm ready to rise, grow, and become something amazing - I just need the right family to help me spread my wings! I'm Phoenix, a 3 month old Rottweiler/Pit Bull mix with a a playful spirit and plenty of growing left to do. I'm likely to be a medium-sized dog when I'm all grown up, but right now I'm very much a puppy who is discovering the world one adventure at a time.
I'm working hard on my house breaking, crate training, and leash skills. I'll be honest - I don't have this puppy stuff figured out yet, but I'm eager to learn. My first year will be full of growing, learning, and probably a few puppy moments along the way, so I'm looking for a family who understands that becoming a wonderful companion takes time, patience, consistency, and lots of love. I get along well with other dogs and enjoy having friends to play with. I'm also good with kids, which means there is plenty of fun to be had in my future! When playtime is over and my puppy batteries are running low, I turn into a snuggly little cuddlebug who loves settling in close for a sleepy nap. Because I'm an active, growing puppy, I need a home with a securely fenced yard where I can safely play, explore, and practice being a dog. Most of all, I need people who will love me unconditionally - not just for the adorable puppy I am today, but for the amazing dog I'm destined to become. Every Phoenix needs a chance to rise. With patience, guidance, training, and a family who believes in me, I can grow into a delightful, loyal companion who brings years of love, laughter, and adventure to your life. My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
