I’m Higgins. I’m short, chunky, ridiculously handsome, and naturally hilarious. I love to cuddle with my humans.
I love other dogs of all sizes, I’m always ready to play, and if you turn on a water hose, you’d better plan on sharing.
I was found dumped in the country in pretty bad shape and arrived with a few souvenirs from my past—including a slightly crooked tail and an old back boo-boo. Neither slows me down. Personally, I think the crooked tail adds character. I have gained a lot more muscle in foster care too so I’m doing a lot better then when I first came to rescue!
