Meet Pebbles!

Pebbles came into our care when her previous home was no longer a good fit for her. She is a friendly and social girl who loves her people and will make somebody a wonderful new best friend!

She is an active, young lady who will want lots of your love and attention. If you're looking for a cat will probably follow you around - she might just be your girl. Full disclosure, she might not give you too much privacy as she likes to be involved! Please be sure to have a variety of toys available, as she is very playful. Opportunities for human playtime and appropriate toys (never fingers or toes!), enriching activities, respectful handling and social interactions will help keep her happy. While she will communicate when certain types of handling makes her feel uncomfortable, it will be important to learn and respect her boundaries.

Having a set-up that includes cat trees and other elevated surfaces increases the living space available for a cat and help them feel more confident by being off the floor and giving them extra opportunities for climbing, perching, and surveying the kingdom! Providing ample indoor enrichment will be essential to them being able to exhibit healthy cat behavior indoors, such as playing, climbing and scratching.

Cats: Pebbles has no experience living with other cats but has shown stress reactions to the presence of unfamiliar cats in the shelter and may prefer to be an only cat.
Dogs: Pebbles is looking for a home without dogs.
Children: Pebbles has done well living with children in her previous home, but would prefer children old enough to understand respectful handling.
