Meet Reptar!

Reptar came to HSCC when his guardians were no longer able to care for him. He was very loved, and our staff has enjoyed getting to know this little tyke. Reptar is a young sass-pot ready to take on the world!

At only a year old, Reptar is maturing into a dashing young man. Right in that sweet spot of being (mostly) full-grown while still having a lot of puppy energy and trouble-making qualities, he is sure to make someone a dependable adventure buddy. Think all things terrier - lots of time outdoors, sniffy walks, getting to stretch his tiny little legs, and lots of mental enrichment to challenge his growing brain. He would make a great prospect for someone interested in getting into the world of dog sports (agility, barn hunt, rally, oh my...), or for someone looking to add an energetic canine companion to their household.

As Reptar is still technically a puppy, he is looking for a family that is happy to help support him as he continues to grow and learn about the world in a fear-free, positive way. While a little on the timid side at first, he warms up quickly, and would like to find an adoptive home committed to continuing improving his social and life skills.

Dogs: Reptar has been dog social while in our care. HSCC would be happy to conduct dog intros with appropriately matched canines.
Cats: Reptar has no known history with cats.
Kids: Reptar has met young children and tolerated them well.
