Meet Sloman 🧡
Hi. My name is Sloman. Pull up a chair.
I’ve had a bit of a journey getting here. I came in from the cold this winter in rough shape—underweight, injured, and in need of some serious TLC (and yes, the fleas were thriving more than I was). After some vet care, a dental, and time to heal—including fixing up my leg—I’ve made a full comeback. I’ve got a “fancy leg” now, and I run, jump, and play like nothing ever happened. I’m not one to brag… but I’ve come a long way.
Now for the important part: I’m a two-year-old orange tabby gentleman with a sweet face, kind eyes, and what people call “old soul” energy. I’m affectionate, thoughtful, and the kind of cat who makes you feel chosen.
I love food (deeply), pets, scritches, and being brushed. Sometimes, when I’m really enjoying myself, I’ll give your fingers a gentle little chew—just a love nibble, nothing dramatic. I’m not quite a full-time lap cat yet, but I’m trending in that direction.
I can be a little shy at first and prefer to take things at my own pace. A calm, patient home would suit me best, ideally with a friendly cat companion. I could also live with a calm dog and older kids, but loud, chaotic environments aren’t really my style.
I’m neutered, healthy, and fully up to date on everything. In short—I’m a catch.
I don’t ask for much. Good food, a warm place to land, and someone kind enough to let me come around in my own time.
Trust me—it’s worth it.
