Meet Moochie 🤍🖤
This adorable young tuxie is equal parts shy girl and playful goofball. Moochie can be a little reserved with new people at first and would love a calmer home where she can take her time settling in—but once she decides you’re her person, you’ll start to see her silly, sweet side come out.
Her true love language? Other cats. Moochie is obsessed with her feline friends and will need a kitty companion to feel her best. Her absolute favorite is her brother Taz, and she’d be thrilled to be adopted with him—or into a home with another friendly cat to show her the ropes.
When Moochie feels safe, she really lets her personality shine. She loves to play (and yes… she will play fetch when she’s in the mood), and she’s got just a tiny bit of sass to keep things interesting. It’s all part of her charm.
And let’s talk about her biggest passion in life: food. Moochie is a certified foodie. Treats? Amazing. Wet food? The best thing that’s ever happened to her. She will be your most enthusiastic dinner-time buddy.
Moochie is looking for a patient, easygoing home that will let her blossom at her own pace—with a kitty friend by her side and plenty of snacks to keep her happy.
Trust us, she’s worth the wait!
Moochie is currently in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting her, please send a message here, or email adopt@ahsem.org.
Adoption fees are as follows: $175 for a single cat or kitten, $225 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.
