This handsome black kitten is one half of a dynamic duo with his brother, Bourbon. Together, they're a whirlwind of exploration, entertainment, and just the right amount of chaos. Tequila approaches life with enthusiasm, determination, and the firm belief that every cabinet, shelf, toy, and room deserves a thorough investigation.

One of the easiest ways to tell the brothers apart is that Tequila has a habit of making his collar mysteriously disappear. His foster family jokes that "Tequila makes his clothes fall off," and honestly, it's a pretty accurate description.

When he's not busy exploring, Tequila loves checking in with his people for affection. He may be on an important mission one minute, but he'll happily stop for pets and attention before racing off to continue his adventures.

Tequila has grown up around other cats and is a social, affectionate boy who thrives on interaction and play. He is looking for a family that will appreciate his playful spirit, his sense of humor, and his endless curiosity.

While Tequila can certainly be adopted on his own, he and Bourbon share a special bond and would love nothing more than to find a home together.

When you submit your application:

Please notify your veterinarian that we will be calling and that its okay to speak with us. If you dont currently have a vet, please identify which one youll be using and set up care so we can confirm your new pet will receive medical attention when needed.

For pets already in the home:

Because the number of homeless animals in our area is so large, we adopt only to homes where current pets are spayed or neutered, with documented medical exceptions. We also require that all resident pets be up to date on their vaccinations to ensure everyone stays healthy and safe.

We are 100% foster-based and 100% volunteer-operated. Our team works hard to process applications as quickly as possible. Please be patient but if you dont hear back within a few days, message us on Facebook to confirm your application went through.
