Say hello to Pippy, a sweet 4 year old, 23 lb. female terrier mix girl!

This polite girl prefers to eat her food a few bites at a time and enjoys company while eating. She's a girl of luxury and sometimes prefers to eat her snacks while staying horizontal. She is shy at first, but warms up to people quickly and is easily friends with anyone who will offer a few minutes of pets/scratches.

Pippy is a lover girl and loves to cuddle and will always gently paw / hold your hand to ask for more pets and tummy rubs - hard to say no to her especially because she's so soft.

Pippy would do best in home with 2 people, one of whom is home most of the time, or someone who works from home (she likes attention). She likes access to a fenced and quiet outdoor space. She is fully housetrained and crate trained.

She follows my chihuahua mix around when exploring and could benefit from having another confident animal around to show her things aren't so scary as she settles into the city. She has not been exposed to cats, but we think she would probably do okay. She would also do well as a the only dog with someone who's patient and ready to work with her daily.

Young adult 1 year - 5 years $650
Adults 6 years - 9 years $575
Seniors 10+ $325

The adoption fee includes spay/neuter .
*EXCLUDING UNALTERED PUPPIES UNDER A YEAR.

The adoption fee also includes, at a minimum, vaccinations, de-worming, I.D. tag and microchip insertion. We gratefully accept any amount above the adoption fee as a donation used to support our mission to save as many dogs as possible.
