THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN LOUISIANA AND WILL COME TO CANADA WITH AN ACCEPTED ADOPTION CONTRACT. PUPPIES UNDER THE AGE OF 8 MONTHS CANNOT COME TO CANADA WITHOUT AN APPROVED ADOPTER. You will not be able to meet your puppy ahead of pick up date - Rat Terrier Rescue Canada will attempt to provide you with as many pictures and videos as possible between a confirmed adoption and pick up.

Meet Spin.

Spin was found alongside her brother on a rural back road, but she hasn’t let that define her story. This tiny 3.4-pound, jack russell terrier mix girl is full of life, love, and that irresistible puppy charm that makes everything feel a little brighter. She is estimated to have been born in late February 2026.

She’s playful, curious, and always ready to be part of the action—but just as quickly, she’ll melt into your arms for cuddles. Spin has the sweetest, most loving personality and fits effortlessly into any environment. She does amazing with other dogs, is great with cats, and loves puppy savvy kids.

She’s currently learning potty training and doing exactly what you’d expect from a smart, young puppy—making progress every day. Spin is the kind of puppy people search for—the total package wrapped up in a tiny, adorable body. All she needs now is a family to give her the happy ending she deserves. 💕

Puppies under 1 year - $775
Young adult 1 year - 5 years $650
Adults 6 years - 9 years $575
Seniors 10+ $325

The adoption fee includes spay/neuter .
*EXCLUDING UNALTERED PUPPIES UNDER A YEAR.

The adoption fee also includes, at a minimum, age appropriate vaccinations, de-worming, I.D. tag and microchip insertion. We gratefully accept any amount above the adoption fee as a donation used to support our mission to save as many dogs as possible.
