THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN LOUISIANA AND WILL COME TO CANADA WITH AN ACCEPTED ADOPTION CONTRACT. PUPPIES UNDER THE AGE OF 8 MONTHS CANNOT COME TO CANADA WITHOUT AN APPROVED ADOPTER. You will not be able to meet your puppy ahead of pick up date - Rat Terrier Rescue Canada will attempt to provide you with as many pictures and videos as possible between a confirmed adoption and pick up.

Meet Rinse

Rinse’s story started on a quiet rural road, where he and his sister were left behind— but you’d never guess it from the way he loves.

This tiny 4-pound, male jack russell terrier mix has nothing but sweetness in his heart and a gentle, happy spirit that makes everyone fall for him instantly. He’s everything people hope for in a puppy—playful, affectionate, and incredibly easy to love. He bounces between exploring, playing, and snuggling like it’s his full-time job.

Rinse gets along beautifully with dogs, cats, kids—truly anyone he meets. He is estimated to have been born in late February 2026. He’s just beginning his potty training journey and already showing how smart and eager he is. More than anything, Rinse is ready for a safe, loving home where he’ll never be left behind again. If you’re looking for a loyal little companion who will grow up loving you with his whole heart, Rinse is your boy. 💙

Puppies under 1 year - $775
Young adult 1 year - 5 years $650
Adults 6 years - 9 years $575
Seniors 10+ $325

The adoption fee includes spay/neuter .
*EXCLUDING UNALTERED PUPPIES UNDER A YEAR.

The adoption fee also includes, at a minimum, age appropriate vaccinations, de-worming, I.D. tag and microchip insertion. We gratefully accept any amount above the adoption fee as a donation used to support our mission to save as many dogs as possible.
