Some dogs go through the hardest kind of hard before they find their happy ending, and Champ is living proof that it's always worth the wait.

Champ is a handsome 3 year old Spitz mix who was found abandoned on the streets of Kuwait during extreme heat, hiding under a water station just trying to escape the sun. It's the kind of start no dog should have to face. But look at him now, that fluffy white coat and that huge, happy smile say everything about how far he's come.

Champ can be a little shy when he first meets someone new, but don't let that fool you, give him a little time and he warms right up into a loving, affectionate goofball who just wants to be near his people. He's medium to high energy and loves to play, so he'd do best with someone ready to keep him moving and give him plenty of attention.

He's great with adults, other dogs, cats, and children. Champ would be happiest in a home with another dog to keep him company, and he'd prefer a household that isn't extremely loud. A calm, loving environment is where he'll really shine.

Champ is approx 25 lbs, he is neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. His adoption fee is USD$1200 to help cover his Kuwait travel costs.
