Her beauty is beyond compare, but she's got fur not auburn hair. Jolene is a playful shepherd mix puppy who was born at the end of April and has a face you won’t soon forget — especially those gorgeous, mismatched eyes! One blue eye and one brown eye give this little girl an extra dose of charm, but it’s her sweet personality that will really steal your heart.

Jolene is a happy, playful puppy who loves being part of the action. She’s especially fond of her foster mom and would happily stay by her side whenever possible. Whether she’s playing, exploring, or just hanging out, Jolene wants to know what her people are up to.

Like any young puppy, Jolene is also learning about the world and discovering that boundaries are a thing. She’s been testing the limits with the adult dogs in her foster home, so she’ll need a family willing to continue teaching her appropriate puppy manners and helping her learn how to interact respectfully with other dogs.

Jolene is working hard on her house training and will need her new family to continue that routine with patience and consistency. She also lets her opinions be known when she’s in her crate! Jolene may bark when she’s first crated, but with time and reassurance, she does settle down.

And once the day’s adventures are over? Couch cuddles are where it’s at. Jolene loves snuggling up with her people and soaking up some affection. While she's indiscriminate about who she cuddles, don't worry. Jolene does not want to take your man.

Jolene is looking for a family who understands that puppies come with equal parts adorable and “we’re working on that!” She’ll thrive with patient guidance, structure, plenty of playtime, and lots of love.

Jolene's adoption fee is $600! This adoption fee includes: her alter, a microchip, her rabies, bordetella, and age appropriate DAPP vaccines, flea/heartworm preventative, and a deworming treatment while in foster care.
