Simon - Australian Shepherd Dog for Adoption in Hilton, New York

Simon is a sweet and affectionate puppy who occasionally masquerades as a fluffy, tri-colored tornado. Any potential adopters should be aware that he's from a working breed and needs outlets for both his physical and mental energy. Simon is a 7.5 month old Australian shepherd mix. A mix of miniature and standard aussies, in fact. Who knows what size he'll turn out to be? Currently this puppy weighs in at about 20 pounds.

He's already learned some basic commands and he's had practice walking on a leash. He'd prefer if he could wander wherever he liked but he will walk nicely when reminded to do so. He's still young so he's testing boundaries.

Simon plays well with other dogs and has even gone to doggy daycare. Playing with other dogs is one of his favorite activities. He's also good with cats. He's used to spending time in his crate quietly and sleeping there at night. He's already housebroken. When he's not busy playing with a puppy pal he enjoys chewing on his bones and being affectionate with his people. He'll make a fine addition to any family as long as they are willing to put in the work to help him become an excellent canine citizen.

Simon's adoption fee is $700! This adoption fee includes: his alter, a microchip, his rabies, bordetella, and age appropriate DAPP vaccines, flea/heartworm preventative, and a deworming treatment while in foster care.
