Meet the adorable Lumi!

Named after the bright, magical world of How to Train Your Dragon, Lumi is a little pup who is ready to fly straight into her forever home away from the puppy mill life!

Lumi is a 3-month-old German Shepherd/Australian Shepherd mix with a big personality, and big paws to boot! She's an affectionate, playful girl who has absolutely no problem letting you know when she wants some attention—just watch for her lanky legs bounding toward you for love and cuddles!

At 3 months old, Lumi is still learning all the important puppy things. She's currently working on crate training and house training and will need a family who is ready to be patient, consistent, and encouraging as she learns. She lives with other resident dogs, and one other foster puppy in her foster home who she gets along great with.

With her Shepherd/Aussie mix background, Lumi is a smart, energetic pup who will likely thrive with an active family that can give her plenty of exercise, enrichment, training, and, of course, affection.

Lumi may be relatively small now, but she has a whole lot of love and adventure ahead of her. She's looking for a forever family who will be there for all her puppy antics, training milestones, adventures, and snuggles.

Lumi's adoption fee is $600! This adoption fee includes: her alter, a microchip, her rabies, bordetella, and age appropriate DAPP vaccines, flea/heartworm preventative, and a deworming treatment while in foster care.
