Mandarin - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Hilton, New York

Hi! My name is Mandarin. Im just a baby though and babies are prone to nicknames, so my friends call me Manny. Im a 2.5 month old kitten looking for a furever home.

Like all kittens I am full of energy! I am the first one up and the last one to go to sleep. My favorite playtimes are right when you want to go to bed and about an hour before you want to get up. (You're welcome, by the way.)

I'm a leap first, ask questions later kinda guy. (This has gotten me into some pickles as I have yet to master the concept of gravity. Ouch. They say cats always land on our feet but it's not really true!) Anything that moves, I will chase. Anything that is taller than me, I will climb. What can I say, I love being tall. When I do decide to slow down I am the cutest little sleeper. I like to find high places to sleep. Do you have any of those cat hammocks, because I LOVE to sleep in them. They are so cozy! Cat towers are great too!

I've only seen the resident cat at my foster home from a distance, but I've shown no fear or aggression towards her. Recently, I met the resident dogs. They are BIG!!! Ive seen them a few times from a safe distance and haven't yet worked up the courage to investigate them up close. Too big for me right now and my brother says they're boring anyway. I don't run from them, but for now I need slow, gentle dogs who don't care about fast moving kittens. I love running around but I don't want to be chased.

I'm looking for a human to call my own who will spend time with me, love on me, and help me to continue to grow into the fun and loving soul I am becoming.

Mandarin's adoption fee is $250, which includes: his alter, a microchip, his rabies and age appropriate FVCRP vaccines, flea/heartworm preventative, and a deworming treatment while in foster care.
