Jasmine - Pug and Japanese Chin Dog for Adoption in Hilton, New York

Jasmine is an adorable 3-year-old who is said to be a Pug, Japanese Chin, and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel mix. This petite 12-pound princess is looking for a patient, loving forever home. She can be shy when meeting new people, but with a gentle approach and a little time to feel safe, her affectionate and playful personality begins to shine. Like her namesake princess, Jasmine just needs some time to get used to a whole new world.

Jasmine is currently living in a foster home with two dogs and one cat (who is not, as far as we know, a pet tiger) and is blossoming. She does well with house training with regular outings to a fenced in yard. She is working on walking on a leash. Jasmine is not crate trained and much prefers to be with her humans. Jasmine the princess wanted to get out of the palace and be among the people. Jasmine the dog is just as eager to be with the people!

Jasmines favorite things thus far are belly rubs, treats and small squeaky plush toys. Given a steady supply of those she's bound be a very happy girl!

Her ideal adopter will be someone willing to help her continue building confidence and security at her own pace. She has a bit of experience with dog-savvy children who understand that she may need time and space to settle in. Potential adopters with children in the house should be aware of this.

Jasmine's adoption fee is $500! This adoption fee includes: her alter, a microchip, her rabies, bordetella, and age appropriate DAPP vaccines, flea/heartworm preventative, and a deworming treatment while in foster care.
