Lovely - Rat Terrier Dog for Adoption in Petersburg, Virginia

Lovely will stand straight up on her back legs to get her face a little closer to yours, and while she is up there her ears stick out sideways like she does not want to miss a word.

She is a rat terrier, about fifteen pounds, tan and white with a white stripe down her face, a white chest and four white legs. She came to Petersburg Animal Care and Control with her puppies.

Lovely is affectionate, and she is not shy about asking for attention from whoever is in front of her. She is good with other dogs. From what we have seen she is house trained, and at fifteen pounds she is an easy size to fit into most homes.

Being honest about what we do not know. Lovely has not been around children or cats that we know of, so we cannot tell you how she would do living with either.
