-Can Live with Cats: Unknown history - will need proper introductions to ensure everyone gets along. May be overwhelming for shy or senior kitties who prefer being left alone.
-Can Live with Dogs: Yes, pending an initial introduction done at WHS
-Can do Apartment Living: No - this pup is going to be a big boy with lots of energy. He'll need a larger space to grow up in, preferably somewhere with a fenced in yard!
-Potty Trained: Working on it!

-Positive Reward Based Obedience Classes Required: Yes, a 6 week puppy course
-Energy Level: High!

Arthur is an energetic, intelligent, and playful young pup looking for a patient, dedicated family to help him thrive. He appears to be a sheepdog mix, bringing all the smarts, curiosity, and determination that herding breeds are known for. While in our care, we've noticed that Arthur appears to be at least partially, if not completely, hearing impaired and may also have some vision impairment. Because of this, he's looking for an experienced adopter who understands the unique needs of deaf dogs and is committed to helping him build confidence through routine, visual communication, and positive reinforcement. Arthur learns differently than a typical puppy and will need a home that can provide a predictable, non-startling environment where he can safely navigate the world, continue learning at his own pace, and embrace his puppyhood.
