BANJO
Meet Banjo... the little guy who's ready to pluck your heartstrings!
Banjo is a 8-month-old, 9 lb mini poodle with a whole lot of love packed into one tiny, fluffy package! This sweet boy has a heart of gold and a signature move: jumping around like a little lamb.
Banjo is a certified cuddlebug and your future shadow. He's a total Velcro dog who loves being close to his people, whether that means curling up on the couch, catching some Z's, or giving you a few extra kisses (he's a big fan of licking!).
He's a pretty quiet little guy who prefers the laid-back life, with just a sprinkle of puppy energy mixed in.
His superpowers include being dog and kid friendly, walking nicely on a leash, and being an absolute rockstar in the car! He's also crate trained, although he'll sometimes sing you a little song (aka whine) before settling in. He's making great progress with potty training, too!
Some of Banjo's favorite hobbies include snuggling, sleeping, snuggling some more, and making sure he never misses an opportunity for a kiss. Honestly, his idea of a perfect day is a cozy couch, his favorite humans, and absolutely nowhere else to be.
If you're looking for a sweet, low-key companion who will stick by your side and pluck away at your heartstrings, Banjo might just be your perfect match. He's ready to find his forever home and start a whole new love song!
Don't let this little guy be a solo act for too long. Apply to adopt Banjo!
Banjo is fostered in the Cincinnati area. His adoption fee is $450.00.
To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt
All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible.
We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.
