Meet Hoss!

This adorable 30lb Spaniel mix is almost 2 years old and the sweetest dog you will ever meet! With his soulful eyes and his floppy ears, Hoss will be sure to steal your heart straight away. He wants nothing more than to be by your side, following you around and then sitting next to you to receive all the pets you are willing to give.

Hoss has been fostered with dogs of similar to smaller size than him and he has done great with them all, mostly just approaching to sniff and wag his tail. He was rescued with his brother and while they are great friends, often napping together, he is happy to go off and do his own thing as well! He absolutely loves toys and will gladly remove each item from the toy bin. His favorites are tennis balls and a bone to chew on! His other favorite things to do are sniff around and take a nap in the grass.

Hoss is doing great with his potty training, only having occasional accidents when he is left alone. He does have some separation anxiety and would love to have a family who is home often or willing to bring him places when they can, in addition to being willing to work through any challenges and provide him a safe space when not home. Hoss will pay you back with endless love and kisses.

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
