Some dogs are special, and then there are dogs like me—the kind of gentle giant who quietly steals your heart and makes you wonder how you’ll ever let him go.
At 101 pounds, I may be a big Great Dane mix, but my heart is even bigger. I’m two years old, extremely laid back, incredibly kind, and happiest when I’m simply by your side, getting an occasional little dose of loving and a good belly rub. I don’t ask for much—I just want to be loved and have a warm rug by the fire where I can curl up and relax. I’m already house trained, leash trained, and crate trained, and I know my commands: sit, down, and speak. I’m also very willing to please, so I’m always happy to make my people proud. I’m not dog reactive, which means you can take me places and enjoy life with me without worrying about me making a scene. I’m the kind of dog who can simply go with the flow. And when it comes to children, my foster family trusts my gentle nature enough to say they would feel comfortable with me around children of any size. I’m truly a gentle giant. I do have a bullet lodged in my left front leg. Thankfully, it isn’t expected to cause me any future problems, and it certainly hasn’t stopped me from being the magnificent, happy boy that I am. What I really need now is a loving family who will give me the soft place to land that I deserve. A cozy home, a warm rug by the fire, some affection, a belly rub now and then, and people to love—that sounds pretty perfect to me.

My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
