Mary - Goldendoodle and Great Dane Dog for Adoption in Dysart, Iowa

MARY IS CURRENTLY FOSTERED NEAR CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA.

Mary is an approximately 9-month-old Goldendoodle/Great Dane mix who came to us as an owner surrender along with her sisters. She is now settling into foster care and getting the chance to show just how sweet she really is.

Mary is an absolute sweetheart who loves snuggling on the couch, playing with plush toys, and soaking up as much love and attention as she can get. She can be shy at first and is still building confidence, but once she feels safe, she is incredibly affectionate and loves being close to her people.

Mary is crate trained, walks well on a leash, and is currently working on potty training. She has done very well with another female dog in her foster home so far and absolutely adores the young children in the home. She is still settling in, so her foster is continuing to learn more about her every day.

Mary does not enjoy being alone and would do best with a family that can give her plenty of companionship, patience, and reassurance while she continues to gain confidence. She has not started formal training yet, but with consistency and positive reinforcement, she should be ready to learn.

Mary is still young and growing, so she will benefit from a family prepared for a large-breed dog and all the training and activity that comes with that.

Mary will be spayed before adoption and is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, on monthly preventative, dewormed, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $450.

Since most of our animals are found as strays or come to us with limited history, we cannot guarantee breed or age. Breed and age are determined based on our experience and veterinarian guidance.
